Pete's military career began in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Officer.  As an EWO he flew the RC135 RIVET JOINT / COMBAT SENT supporting Deliberate Forge/Force, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. In 2004 Pete transitioned to the Nevada Test & Training Range where he worked on cutting edge equipment to defeat the Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device. Pete’s responsibility was validating electronic warfare equipment produced under the “Joint Urgent Operational Need” supporting ground personnel.  During his tenure Pete managed $3 billion in assets, 500+ personnel and annual operating budget of $120 million.  In 2012 Pete took a position as the Program Manager for the RC-26B Counterdrug Program for the State of Texas. There he worked alongside federal, state, and local law enforcement developing initiatives to prevent drugs and human traffickers form entering the United States. In 2018 Pete retired and transitioned into the private security industry.   He has been leader in creating and developing  capability to help protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. 

 Carrie is a recognized business leader with over 35 years of experience in the co-working/shared office sector of commercial real estate. She has extensive expertise in growing small businesses and brand turnaround. Her Senior Executive leadership experience includes P&L oversight, corporate strategy and operational execution, sales and marketing, channel partner account management, site acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiation, employee training, and public speaking. Carrie is a results oriented professional with a proven track record for success.  Carrie is a recipient of the WANY (Workspace Association of New York) “Industry Beacon” award for her significant contributions in shaping the future of the shared workspace industry.  

Introducing Rick, a distinguished professional with a robust background in law enforcement and security, now serving as the On Watch Security Director for Nevada. With an illustrious career dedicated to public safety, he has added a wealth of experience and leadership to our organization. Rick served 30 years in law enforcement with 22 years dedicated to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, rising through the ranks with a commitment to upholding justice and ensuring the safety of the community. His dedication and exemplary service earned him numerous commendations and accolades during his tenure. After an impactful career in law enforcement, Rick transitioned to the role of Security Director for Nevada operations where he oversees comprehensive security measures for the state. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive knowledge of law enforcement protocols to create and implement effective security strategies.

As a seasoned firearms instructor with a passion for safety and proficiency, Art brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. With 35 years in the field, he has dedicated his career to empowering individuals with the skills and confidence needed to handle firearms responsibly. Art holds NRA Law Enforcement Division Certified Instructor, Pistol and Shotgun, Certified Instructor Nevada PILB Certified Firearms Instructor demonstrating his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and expertise.  He has trained individuals from diverse backgrounds, including law enforcement officers, security personnel, and civilian enthusiasts. Known for his engaging and effective teaching style, Art ensures that each participant not only understands the technical aspects of firearm use but also grasps the importance of responsible gun ownership. He believes in fostering a positive learning environment where questions are encouraged, and safety is paramount. In addition to his role as a firearms instructor, Art stays abreast of the latest developments in firearm technology, regulations, and safety protocols. He is committed to continuous improvements and regularly updates his curriculum to reflect the evolving landscape of firearm education.   Meet Mitchell, an elite Executive Protection Agent with a formidable background in Jiujitsu. With a career devoted to safeguarding high-profile individuals, Mitchell seamlessly combines the principles of martial arts with the artistry of executive protection.  Captain Eduardo "Eddie" Hernandez  was a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff Office and member and contributor to the On Watch Team.    Captain Hernandez passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 9, 2022.  

Eddie expertise included complex investigations, protective intelligence, security, and threat assessment.  He was skilled at analyzing and investigating threats and incidents that affect large populations and supporting investigations to mitigate further risk.
