Pete began his career in the U.S. military, where he developed a foundation in leadership, discipline, and operational planning. Following active-duty service, he joined the Texas Counter Drug Program as Project Manager for the RC-26 surveillance aircraft program, leading interagency efforts supporting the detection, disruption, and deterrence of drug trafficking and human smuggling operations along key corridors in the southern United States.

In the private sector, Pete has built and led regional and national security operations supporting clients across commercial real estate, critical infrastructure, events, and executive protection. As CEO, he oversees corporate strategy, compliance, operational standards, and client service.

Known for his calm leadership and ability to perform in high-pressure environments, Pete is a trusted executive and respected security professional committed to excellence, integrity, and accountability.

Before joining On Watch, Scott served as a senior executive for a leading security contractor, managing operations for high-net-worth individuals, their families, and Fortune 500 companies, leading a team of hundreds across specialized security roles. He previously served as Vice President of Global Security for a hospitality company with a vast portfolio of destinations worldwide. Scott’s extensive experience makes him a strategic, results-driven leader with a global perspective on protecting people, assets, and reputations. As the President of On Watch Advisors, Scott leads all daily and strategic operations for this Division. 

Carrie is a distinguished business leader with over 35 years of experience in the co-working and shared office space sector of commercial real estate. She is widely recognized for her expertise in growing small businesses, leading brand turnarounds, and driving sustainable growth.

Carrie’s senior executive experience spans a broad range of disciplines, including P&L oversight, corporate strategy, operational execution, sales and marketing, channel partner management, site acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiation, employee training, and public speaking. She also works closely with Human Resources and has extensive experience managing high-risk situations, including hostile terminations and employee conflict resolution.

A results-driven professional with a proven track record of success, Carrie has consistently delivered measurable outcomes in competitive markets. She is a recipient of the Workspace Association of New York (WANY) “Industry Beacon” award, recognizing her significant contributions to shaping the future of the shared workspace industry.

Travis is an emerging leader in the private security industry with over 5 years of experience and a strong focus on event security operations and planning. As the company’s lead for event services, Travis specializes in designing and executing comprehensive security plans for high-profile events, including corporate functions, entertainment venues, festivals, and private gatherings.

His expertise includes crowd management, access control, emergency response coordination, VIP protection, and team deployment strategies. Travis is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—ensuring both client satisfaction and public safety.

In addition to his operational role, Travis works closely with Human Resources on staff development, training, and addressing workplace challenges, including conflict resolution and high-risk personnel matters. Art holds certifications from the NRA Law Enforcement Division as a Certified Instructor in Pistol and Shotgun, along with credentials as a Nevada PILB Certified Firearms Instructor. These certifications reflect his commitment to high standards of instruction, compliance, and safety.

Throughout his career, Art has trained law enforcement officers, licensed security professionals, and civilian enthusiasts. Known for his clear, engaging teaching style, he works effectively with students of all experience levels while emphasizing firearm proficiency, situational awareness, legal considerations, and responsible firearm use.

Art's training philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive, and interactive learning environment. He encourages questions, promotes hands-on learning, and incorporates real-world applications into his instruction.

He stays current with developments in firearm technology, legal requirements, and training practices to ensure his curriculum remains relevant and effective. Whether working with beginners or experienced shooters, Art is committed to developing safe, confident, and responsible firearm users.

Captain Eduardo "Eddie" Hernandez  was a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff Office and member and contributor to the On Watch Team.    Captain Hernandez passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 9, 2022.  

Eddie expertise included complex investigations, protective intelligence, security, and threat assessment.  He was skilled at analyzing and investigating threats and incidents that affect large populations and supporting investigations to mitigate further risk.
