Pete Nelson's military career began in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Officer. As an EWO he flew the RC135 RIVET JOINT / COMBAT SENT supporting Deliberate Forge/Force, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. In 2004 Pete transitioned to the Nevada Test & Training Range where he worked on cutting edge equipment to defeat the Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device. Pete’s responsibility was validating electronic warfare equipment produced under the “Joint Urgent Operational Need” supporting ground personnel. During his tenure Pete managed $3 billion in assets, 500+ personnel and annual operating budget of $120 million. In 2012 Pete took a position as the Program Manager for the RC-26B Counterdrug Program for the State of Texas. There he worked alongside federal, state, and local law enforcement developing initiatives to prevent drugs and human traffickers form entering the United States. In 2018 Pete retired and transitioned into the private security industry. He has been leader in creating and developing capability to help protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.

Eddie Hernandez has 32 years of experience in law enforcement operations with broadened advancement towards multiple leadership and management roles over the course of 15+ years. His expertise spans complex investigations, protective intelligence, security, and threat assessment. He is skilled at analyzing and investigating threats and incidents that affect large populations and supporting investigations to mitigate further risk.
Throughout his career in law enforcement, he has handled an array of investigations and operations, from kidnap for ransom, to homicides, counter-terrorism, and credible threats to large-scale events and public officials. He has led emergency management teams, mobile field forces and undercover teams.
Eddie is certified as an instructor by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training and holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of La Verne and a Master Degree from the University of Southern California.
